After yoga practice followed is breakfast – in a buffe style. We meet again at lunch time when we can consider an organized trip to Sibenik, Vodice or any other activity in small groups. The island offers many opportunities for walking on the beautiful coast or the forest, talk to friendly locals, see the souvenir shops and tasting the wonderful sea food, which is carefully prepared in restaurants. The whole island is in stone, with several hundred years old stone houses, giving a touch of history and some special peace. The peace that reigns on the island (there are no means of transport, except the boat) will allow you to really listen to yourself and relax from the noise and stress of everyday life. Island smells of various medicinal plants and flowers. On the island there are two diary shops which are very well supplied.
In the evening will be another yoga practice and meditation, which will differ from the morning one. This practice will be less dynamic and more deepening.
Participation in yoga hours is not mandatory but I believe that will give you what “icing on the cake” and will help you to make your vacation complete. Beginners will discover how practice of yoga and meditation affects you and an advanced practicioners will deepen their yogic practice.
